This one’s tough to finish. The “buns” are two grilled cheese sandwiches—one with American cheese and bacon strips, the other with Swiss cheese and jalapeños. Between them is a (1/2 lb.) Angus beef patty topped with a three-cheese blend and a fried egg omelet with tomato, onion, green peppers, and chili. “Bet you can’t eat it all.”
